Obama said he was goin to propose this in his campain,now its a shock and the people dont want it?If they didnt want it they wouldnt have elected him.Here is food for thought,if people takin doctors to court is jackin up insurance rates then how about if they lose they have to pay court costs and grievence to the doctors?That would make people think twice about lawsuits. That would surely lower the rates if.
