Details on Obama’s Healthcare Plan

We’ve covered Obama’s healthcare plan and its impact on the healthcare sector previously here at Election Stocks, but new details about the plan are raising doubts that it could ever be put into place.

For instance, Obama stated that his plan will give healthcare insurance to 47 million Americans. But as the New York Post states:

That 47 million statistic includes illegal immigrants – who virtually all lack insurance. In fact, about one in four of those lacking insurance is here illegally. And they are, by far, the group most in need of health insurance.

American nationalists and nativists will surely think that free healthcare would encourage people to enter our country illegally. And considering McCain’s great handle of immigration (he was the governor of a Southwestern state, after all) this could be a deciding issue later in the Fall.

I support the bill and think people fear what they dont understand.I f you go to Obamas website, you can see the details of the bill.I find it embarrassing as an American that people are so fired up and ready to lynch him without even reading the details. This nation is so divided and the media plays off it so well.I understand its great news but I think they are doing more harm than good. Obama said he was goin to propose this in his campain, now its a shock and the people dont want it?If they didnt want it they wouldnt have elected him. Here is food for thought,if people takin doctors to court is jackin up insurance rates then how about if they lose they have to pay court costs and grievence to the doctors? That would make people think twice about lawsuits. That would surely lower the rates if.
