McCain’s Economic Team
Recently McCain and Hillary stunned many in the field of economists by defying all of their detailed and unanimous advice and embracing the ridiculous gas tax vacation plan. Barack Obama used this issue to prove himself well versed in economics and prepared to accept advice when it came along.
Angry Bear Blog had a really shocking article comparing McCain’s economic advisors to Obama’s. Obama has a long list of well trained and well educated professional economists. McCain has about five people, two of which are actually economists and another one that was a former CEO fired for mismanaging her corporation. We at Election Stocks are strongly unimpressed with his team and feel that it may need something of a total re-haul.
UPDATE: Further research indicates that McCain had a few other people on his team, but this article is old and some changes may have been made.
