Who won in the Texas Two-Step?
Well, Hillary won the popular vote, but after a majority of the caucus votes were counted, it looks like Obama won more delegates. Those are the rules in Texas.
But, consider the superdelegates. Hillary might have the edge here. So she might have won more delegates after all. Those are the rules
